What You Can Exchange or Return

The contempo Gallery unconditionally guarantees all artwork we sell at our online store. We will gladly replace or refund you for any artwork you wish to return.
If you're unsatisfied with the color, quality, or size of a paintings you may return it and choose a painting in another size or color. We will gladly replace any artwork that you're not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:
Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
Commissions and custom sizes cannot be returned.
Items that have been damaged or altered in any way cannot be
accepted for exchange or return.

How to Exchange

If you would like to exchange an artwork purchased from the Contempo Gallery Online Store, please follow these instructions.
1. Place the items you wish to return in a suitable box preferbly the box it was shipped in
2. You must include a copy of the invoice
3. Indicate the stock number your desired replacement artwork
4. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
5. Send to the following address:

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use FedEx ground or a carrier that provides tracking service. The Contempo Gallery is not responsible for lost shipments.

When the returned artwork is received, we will immediately process a new order for your replacement artwork, and ship the new artwork at our expense.
